Who's Playing ???Fans at Liam's have noticed two new faces playing with the Buzzards: Junior Croc on bass and Bill Ventura on rubboard and triangle. In a between-set interview, Doug S. (a.k.a. Junior Croc) gave Buzzards News a quick bio. Hatched in Louisiana, he started life as alligator mississippiensis . Barely escaping the cookpot, he made his way to Massachusetts where he claims to have been adopted and raised by Jon and Amy. Now in construction, he has played bass for twelve years, including a stint with Swampthing. Bill Ventura has been sitting in on rubboard and triangle. He's a veteran of the Bayou Rhythm Kings, where he also played congas. A fan of Buckwheat Zydeco and Wayne Toups among others, he's keeping the Buzzards' zydeco numbers moving at Liam's!
